AK Real Colors - Forest Green FS 34079

AK Real Colors is a high-quality lacquer-based paint formulated with an advanced chemical composition that offers superior performance compared to many other brands on the market. Designed for modelers, it provides excellent flow through an airbrush, strong adhesion to surfaces, and dries smoothly with a soft, durable finish. Once cured, it withstands all types of weathering products without losing adhesion or quality.

For best results, the paint may be thinned with AK Real Colors High Compatibility Thinner (RC701 or RC702) or other thinners designed for lacquer-based paints.

Applications:

• One of the upper surface colors in the SEA (South-East Asia) camouflage scheme introduced by the USAF TAC (Tactical Air Command) shortly after the outbreak of the Vietnam War and used until the 1980s.
• One of the upper surface colors in the SIOP and SEA camouflage schemes used on USAF SAC (Strategic Air Command) bombers (B-52, FB-111) from 1960s until the 1980s.
• One of the colors used in the variants of the Euro One scheme applied to USAF TAC F-4s, F-105s and A-7s in the 1980s.
  
• One of the upper surface colors in the camouflage scheme (based on the US SEA scheme) used by FAA (Fuerza Aérea Argentina – Argentine Air Force) during the Falklands (Malvinas) conflict (Mirage IIIEA, IAI Dagger, C-130/KC-130)
• One of the upper surface colors used in the camouflage scheme (based on the US SEA scheme) introduced by the FAP (Força Aérea Portuguesa – Portuguese Air Force) in the 1980s and applied to A-7P, Fiat G.91, Alpha Jet, SA 330, Alouette II & III, AW101 etc
• One of the colors used in the German Luftwaffe’s Norm 83 wraparound scheme (Tornado, F-104G, RF-4E, Alpha Jet etc.) and Heeresfliegertruppe’s (German Army Aviation Corps) Norm 84 scheme (UH-1D, CH-53G) employed in the 1980s-1990s
• Overall color of Belgian Air Force’s NH90 TTH and Agusta A109BA helicopters.
• One of the colors used for painting US Army vehicles in the Tropics Verdant, Summer Verdant, Winter Verdant and Snow Temperate with Trees & Shrubs variants of MERDC scheme.
• Overall color of early M1 Abrams tanks and many M2/M3 Bradley IFVs of the US Army in the 1980s
• Also used in some USAF aggressor schemes (F-16C)
