AK Real Colors - Duck Egg Blue FS 35622

AK Real Colors is a high-quality lacquer-based paint formulated with an advanced chemical composition that offers superior performance compared to many other brands on the market. Designed for modelers, it provides excellent flow through an airbrush, strong adhesion to surfaces, and dries smoothly with a soft, durable finish. Once cured, it withstands all types of weathering products without losing adhesion or quality.

For best results, the paint may be thinned with AK Real Colors High Compatibility Thinner (RC701 or RC702) or other thinners designed for lacquer-based paints.

Applications:

• Lower surface color in the IAF (Israeli Air Force) standard desert scheme used from 1967 (after the Six Day War) until early 2000s (Mirage IIIC, Nesher, F-4E, A-4/TA-4, Ouragan, Mystere, Super Mystere, Vautour II, Fouga Magister, Do 27, Do 28 etc.).
• The scheme has been modified in 1980s by changing some of the colors including the underside one, but the previously painted aircraft retained their colors until their withdrawal from service.
