AK Real Colors is a high-quality lacquer-based paint formulated with an advanced chemical composition that offers superior performance compared to many other brands on the market. Designed for modelers, it provides excellent flow through an airbrush, strong adhesion to surfaces, and dries smoothly with a soft, durable finish. Once cured, it withstands all types of weathering products without losing adhesion or quality.

For best results, the paint may be thinned with AK Real Colors High Compatibility Thinner (RC701 or RC702) or other thinners designed for lacquer-based paints.

Applications:

• Standard overall color of IJN (Imperial Japanese Navy) aircraft in use from 1937 to 1940; applied to fabric surfaces until 1945.
  
• A fair match to FS 36307, one of the colors used in the so-called Ghost Scheme of the HAF (Hellenic Air Force) introduced in the late 1980s (F-16C/D, F-4E, F-5A/B).
  
• A fair match to FS 36307, one of the colors used in the so-called Heather-Ferris Scheme evaluated by the US Navy in 1983-1984
