AK True Metal - Dark Aluminium

AK Interactive True Metal is a premium wax-based metallic paint formulated with high-quality metallic pigments to create exceptionally realistic metal effects on scale models, miniatures, and dioramas. Its unique wax composition allows for easy application and outstanding control, making it ideal for highlighting details, simulating worn metal, or creating polished metallic surfaces.

True Metal can be applied with a brush, fingertip, cotton swab, or airbrush when thinned with white spirit, producing a smooth and even finish. Once fully cured, the surface can be buffed and polished to enhance the metallic sheen, delivering a realistic metal appearance that is difficult to achieve with conventional paints.

For best results, apply over a primed surface. The paint can be sealed with acrylic varnishes once fully dry. As a wax-based product, a drying time of up to 48 hours is recommended before handling, weathering, or varnishing.
