Great paint jobs demand precision, and Tamiya Masking Tape delivers exactly that. This convenient 6 mm refill provides the same trusted masking performance as the original, without the need to purchase another dispenser. Simply reload your existing Tamiya 87030 dispenser and get back to creating those crisp, clean paint boundaries.

Specially developed for scale modeling, this thin, flexible tape conforms well to uneven surfaces and delicate contours. Its carefully balanced adhesion keeps it securely in place during painting while allowing clean removal from properly cured surfaces. Ideal for camouflage patterns, aircraft markings, canopy frames, and intricate details where precision matters.

With 18 meters of tape on each roll, there's plenty to keep your next painting project under control.

For the sharpest paint boundaries, gently burnish the tape edges before painting. Apply several light coats rather than one heavy coat, and always ensure the underlying paint has fully cured before masking.
