Some plastics are notoriously difficult to glue with conventional modeling cement. Tamiya’s CA Cement & Primer Set is specifically designed to tackle materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyacetal (POM) and EVA.

Simply apply a thin layer of primer to the difficult-to-bond surface, allow it to dry for a few seconds, then apply the supplied CA cement and join the parts. It can also be used to bond these materials to standard styrene parts—only the non-styrene component needs primer.

Particularly useful for poly caps, wheels, chassis components and flexible tank tracks that normally resist standard modeling adhesives.
