The combination of fine sand and varied stone sizes produces a highly realistic surface texture, ideal for arid landscapes and sun-baked environments.

Perfect for desert roads, rocky outcrops, dry riverbeds, and Middle Eastern or North African settings, this versatile texture can be used straight from the jar for a natural appearance or painted over to achieve specific regional tones and effects. Fix the material using VMS Sand & Ballast Freeze for superior capillary action, or apply it over VMS PVA Glue for traditional groundwork techniques.

Particle size: mixed – fine sand 0.001 mm+, stones 1–4 mm.

Recommended techniques: capillary action with VMS Sand & Ballast Freeze, sprinkling over VMS PVA Glue.
